Most leaders carry more than they should — and try to sort it out alone. It doesn't have to be that way.

A journey through faith, leadership & calling

I grew up in Southwest Montana — big skies, wide valleys, and a deep sense that life is meant to be lived with purpose. It's where I met my wife Falon and where our family took root.

From 2016 to 2024, I served as a construction project manager, leading teams and working closely with leaders across a variety of industries. Reflecting on that season, I began to recognize how far a leader's influence reaches — often far beyond what they realize. As I've come to understand the power of coaching, I can see how transformative it would have been — not just for me, but for the many leaders I worked alongside. A good coach can make a real difference in the frustration, confusion, and burnout that so often comes with the weight of leadership. And that weight doesn't stay at work — it affects those around us outside of our "professional" leadership roles, including our friends and families.

"That coaching relationship helped me gain clarity, challenged me to take meaningful risks, and discover more of the potential that existed inside me."

In 2024, sensing God's invitation, our family relocated to Tennessee for a nine-month discipleship program. That season deepened my identity in Christ, sharpened my understanding of my calling, and it was a season where I had the opportunity to engage in a coaching relationship for myself. That relationship helped me gain better clarity in who I am, challenged me to take meaningful risks based on how I'm wired, and discover more of the potential that already existed inside me.

As I walked that journey, I found myself naturally stepping into intentional conversations with others — informally coaching — and I soon came to recognize: formal coach training was something I needed to pursue.

In late 2025, I enrolled with PCCI (Professional Christian Coaching Institute), an ICF-accredited training institute, and began formal leadership coach training in early 2026. That decision marked the beginning of something I believe I was made for. The training has sharpened my skills, deepened my understanding of the non-directive coaching method, and given me the opportunity to continue growing as a coach for years to come. I am passionate about walking alongside leaders and people seeking change but aren't sure where to start — helping them gain clarity, navigate the transitions in front of them, and step into full ownership of their leadership and their life. If that's you, I'd love to have a conversation.

How It Works

Built around your transition

Most people know something isn't working — but they can't always see what it is. My role is to help you identify the gap, discover new awareness, and build a clear path forward. No fluff. Just focused work on what actually matters.

🧭

Clarify

Name what's holding you back. Get clear on your identity, your values, and the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

⛰️

Transition

Navigate change with intention. Whether it's a role shift, a ministry pivot, or a business inflection point — we'll move through it together.

🔑

Ownership

Stop waiting for the right moment. Step into full ownership of your decisions, your leadership, and the potential you've been leaving on the table.

What is Coaching?

Imagine driving on a road you've never traveled before. You're in the driver's seat, in control of the destination, but beside you is a trusted navigator — your coach — helping you see new possibilities, find alternate routes, and ensure you don't lose focus.

This partnership empowers you to unlock answers you already have within, while challenging you to go further than you imagined. Coaching stirs creativity, fuels personal growth, and maximizes both professional and personal potential.

Through powerful questioning and insightful dialogue, coaches support you in discovering your own solutions — whether for life decisions, career shifts, or business challenges. Coaching goes beyond surface-level improvements; it cultivates deep, lasting change.

Important Distinction

Coaching is NOT:

Counseling

Deals mostly with a person's past and trauma, and seeks healing.

Consulting

Deals mostly with problems and seeks to provide information, expertise, advice, strategies, and methodologies to solve them.

Mentoring

Deals mostly with succession training and seeks to help someone do what the mentor does.
